Giogos Tsouvelas is a psychologist with two master degrees in School Psychology and Management of Health Services. At this period he is also PhD candidate at the Department of Psychology of the National Kapodistrian University of Athens and he is funded from Alexander S. Onassis Public Benefit Foundation for his doctoral studies. He was trained in Cognitive Psychotherapy, in training programs about crisis intervention, and in field of quality management in the education. He is research fellow at the Obrela (www.obrela.gr), at the Psychiatric Department of the Army Hospital of Athens and at the Sonora (Interdisciplinary Association for Musictherapy and Research). He is working at the Center for Study and Prevention of Child Abuse and Neglect of the Institute of Child Health in Athens and he is also working as private practice psychologist.
