Biography

BSc in Finance; MBA. Former: positions in marketing and sales, Nestlé Switzerland; Associate Vice-President, Lazar & Company, a New York-based investment bank. With the World Economic Forum: oversaw the development of the Forum of Young Global Leaders, a community of exceptional young leaders around the world; headed the Global Knowledge Networks, which include the Network of Global Agenda Councils, a brain trust of over 1,000 global experts across multidisciplinary fields, and the Global Academic Networks, the foremost global community of universities, think tanks and other research-based organizations. Editor, Outlook on the Global Agenda, which provides a top-of-mind perspective from the Global Agenda Councils on the challenges and opportunities ahead. Currently, Head of Europe and Eurasia, Member of the Executive Committee. Member of a number of non-profit boards. Yale World Fellow (2011).
