Penelope Alexia Avagianou has a Bachelor degree in Psychology from the University of the West of England. Her Master’s degree is in ‘Psychology of Health and Mental Performance’ from the University of Bristol. She has a Ph D in Children’s Psychopathology from the University of Thessaly. She has taken part in numerous Hellenic and European Conferences presenting her work concerning attachment theory, depression, pain, cognitive behavioral therapy and internet addiction. She has a number of publications in Journals and books and is working as a clinical psychologist in the NHS since 2005. She is a member of HASIAD.
